2. Hosting & Security
We host our website at Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen). When visiting the website, log files (IP address, browser, OS) are automatically recorded for security and stability.
3. Google Services
We use Google Workspace for email communication and internal organization (Google Ireland Limited). In addition, we use Google Analytics to analyze the use of our website. The IP addresses are anonymized in this process.
4. Transactional Emails (Resend)
We use Postmark (ActiveCampaign) for system emails to users (e.g., password reset) and Resend for the internal transmission of wizard inquiries to our team.
5. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Berlin) or Resend for sending. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the newsletter.
6. Registration on the Platform
When you register as a forest owner or company, we process master data (name, address, email), contract data, and possibly payment data to fulfill our contractual obligations (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
7. Payment Processing (Stripe)
Payments are processed via Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland). We do not store credit card data; these are transmitted directly to Stripe and processed there for contract fulfillment (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
